Return Policy
- If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, we will accept a return or exchange.
- You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the
purchase date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the
original box. Please include original tags, packaging materials, and
receipt.
- Email customerservice@santabarbaraoutletmall.com
for return address/label.
- No refund for the products of the designers listed below. We will exchange
if we have the product (s) in stock and shipping costs apply because
we ship out of Italy and all returns are shipped back to Italy. The authenticity cards are important - if
you lose it, there will be no exchange.
